Causes of Filter Bag Damage:

1. Improper Installation:

1.1 The installation process is chaotic, and the storage of the bag cage and the filter bag is irregular, which causes the filter bag or the bag cage to be squeezed and deformed;

1.2 The filter bag is not vertical, which will cause the filter bag and the filter bag. Long-term friction between the bag and the wall panel will cause damage to the filter bag;

1.3 Skewed blowing pipe, high blowing air pressure or high blowing frequency can easily cause the ring of the bag mouth to be damaged, and even the bag head and the bag body may separate,

2. The equipment is not well made:

2.1 The bag cage is rough processed. If rust, welding scars, burrs, open welding and other phenomena appear, the mechanical wear of the filter bag will be accelerated;

2.2 The flower plate is deformed and cannot reach the flatness 2 1000 requirements, even distortion and unevenness, resulting in the verticality of the bag cage cannot be guaranteed, will cause the bottom of the filter bag to collide with each other, the elastic steel ring in the filter bag mouth is also easy to cause damage, making the installation of the filter bag The air leakage and filter bag damage are not guaranteed;

2.3 There is deviation of the flower plate hole. When the flower plate also has a deviation of 2-3mm, the filter bag cannot be installed in place, which will cause the filter bag to emit dust or filter. The bag and the flower plate hole fall off, making it impossible to run.

3. The temperature of the dust removal equipment is unstable:

3.1 The higher the temperature of the flue gas, the faster the chemical reaction. The filter material that is more sensitive to oxidation and other chemical reactions is easily damaged under such operating conditions, leading to its service life is greatly reduced.

3.2 When the dust removal equipment is in operation, the temperature must always be kept above the dew point. If the temperature is lower than this limit, the water vapor in the flue gas will be concentrated, and the concentrated water vapor will be mixed with the dirty smoke and dust, which may produce corrosive acid Dew, corrodes the filter bag or paste bag, shortens the life of the filter bag or increases the operation resistance of the dust removal equipment, and severely makes the dust collector unable to operate.

3.3 Influence of dust removal temperature, sparks in the flue gas will often burn the filter bag.

4. Unreasonable selection of filter material:

4.1 Commonly used polyester filter media and aramid filter media are the most prone to hydrolysis reaction. The higher the moisture content and temperature in the gas, the faster the damage caused by hydrolysis. In working conditions containing moisture or humidity, this type of filter media is not suitable;

4.2 Commonly used polypropylene filter media and polyphenylene sulfide filter media are easily oxidized, so in working conditions with an oxygen content of more than 15%, It is not suitable to use this type of filter material;

4.3 If glass fiber is used in the dust removal and purification environment of fluorine-containing flue gas, it will be damaged more quickly.

Some suggestions and measures to prevent filter bag damage:

1. The number of vertical ribs of the framework should be reasonably matched according to the material of the filter material, and should be smooth and flat without blemishes, with sufficient strength, verticality up to industry standards, and a good fit with the filter bag.

2. The flower plate is flat and the inner surface of the flower plate hole is smooth. There is a large safety distance between the flower plate hole and the box wall and the flower plate hole to prevent the error of the flower plate and the tilt of the bone, resulting in collision between the filter bags. The filter bag is worn.

3. The pulse nozzle should be vertical and concentric with the pattern hole, with an error of less than 2mm.

4. The arrangement of the pulse nozzle has an important influence on the pulse cleaning. The pulse nozzle has the best distance from the filter bag mouth. If it is too small, the induced air flow is insufficient, and the upper bag mouth of the filter bag is easily damaged; when it is too large, the pulse air flow is The pressure attenuation is too large, which is not conducive to the flow of air into the bag. The specific pulse distance is related to the pulse nozzle diameter, pulse air flow parameters, and bag diameter. It is necessary to ensure that the pulse air flow and induced air volume are greater than the volume of the filter bag. Baghouse

5. Airflow distribution plates should be installed for the air intake smokers of the dust collector to make the air distribution of each box relatively uniform. The position and number of the air distribution plates have a great influence on the air distribution.

6. There should be a certain safety distance between the bottom of the filter bag and the ash hopper. There should be a high and low level gauge in the ash hopper. When there is too much ash in the ash hopper, the ash should be discharged in time.

7. Before installing the filter bag, the site should be tidy, the filter bag skeleton injection pipe and other facilities should be placed orderly, the impurities in the dust collector should be cleaned up, the installation process should be well-organized, and there should be no cross operations that affect the filter installation.

8. In order to eliminate the sparks that may appear in the flue gas, the most effective preventive measure is to install a spark catcher before the flue gas enters the dust collector to remove the sparks from the flue gas.

9. Affected by the difference of regional climate, the dust collector must be well sealed and the cabinet should be insulated to prevent local cooling and condensation of the dust removal equipment.

10. After the installation of the filter bag is completed, before the dust removal equipment starts operation, the filter bag should be pre-sprayed with lime powder and talc powder.
