We supply whole set of machinery for 1t/h-40t/h Pulverized Coal Preparation Production Line, widely used for anthracite, meagre coal, soft coal, brown coal, shale etc. Our Pulverized Coal Preparation Production Line is composed of Raw Coal Storage & Transportation System, Grinding System, Dust Collecting System, Electrical & Instrument Automation System.
By the consideration of safety protection for equipment and system, explosion venting valve and nitrogen protection port are adopted at hot air inlet pipeline of Air Swept Coal Mill and coal air output pipeline. Speed of Powder Separator is regulated by VVF, the output fineness could be controlled by adjustment of frequency converter by remote control. The following is the main equipment used for Pulverized Coal Preparation Production Line.
Main Equipment:
1. 2.2×4.4m Air Swept Coal Mill
Application:
Air swept coal mill is mainly used for boiler coal powder as fuel. It is the most suitable equipment for coal powder preparation, together with drying and grinding function, which features with reliable and continuous operation, high capacity and grinding efficiency.
Working Principle:
The qualified raw coal enters into the mill through feeding device, meanwhile the hot air enters into the mill by the air pipe. With the rotation of mill cylinder shell, the coal and the hot air take heat exchange in the mill, and the coal has been crushed and grinded. Meanwhile, the fine powder will be taken out from the discharging device of the mill by the hot air.
2. MD350 Dynamic Powder Separator
Application:
Coal mill dynamic powder separator is adapted to coal powder classification in the process of coal powder preparation.
Working Principle:
After grinding, the coal powder enters into the selector from the bottom along with the air flow. When rising up along the shell, large amount of coarse powder has been deposited because of the slowing down of air flow speed, then discharged through the outlet. Through fixed guide blades and rotor plate with a certain angle, the air including a lot of fine powder will form eddy, then the material will be separated into coarse powder and fine powder. This unique structure makes the material being sorted time after time, and every time sorting process is completed according to balance of specific forces. Just as the balance stable level swirling flow has been formed between the rotor and shell, which makes the material stay long time in powder selecting area, to guarantee the fineness of powder, to improve powder-selecting efficiency and whole system capacity.
3. High concentration explosion-proof bag filter PPW600-M
Working principle and features:
3.1 High concentration explosion-proof bag filter is one of custom bag filter for collect coal powder from pulverized coal preparation system. It has following advantage such as: high collection efficiency for high concentration dust air, with high safety because explosion-proof door for each chamber.
3.2 This bag filter is composed of dust hopper, upper case body, middle case body, bottom case body and so on, all cases are separator chamber structure. During operation, the dust air with coal powder enter into dust hopper through air ducting, coarse particle drop down to hopper, fine particle enter into middle and bottom case body follow air flow, the dust will accumulation and attachment on the surface of filter bag, the filtering air enter into upper case body, then clean air pipes and exhaust air ducting, release into air by exhaust fan at last.
3.3 The cleaning process is close the clean air outlet of this chamber, make this chamber in situation of no airflow pass(separator chamber stop air and cleaning). Open the pulse valve to clean the dust by compressed air, close the valve and guarantee the close time is enough for dust drop down to hopper, to avoid the dust attachment on the next bag surface follow airflow after break away from one filter bag, make the cleaning is complete, and carry out automatic control for exhaust valve, pulse valve and dust discharge valve by PLC.
