Belt bucket elevator is consist of driving device, top section, bucket, rubber belt, middle cover, middle cover with manhole, bottom section. The features are
1 Using rubber belt as drag device, it has features such as small dead load, flexible, stable operation etc.
2 The middle cover of equipment is welded by bending parts, which make each section of cover have commonality and interchangeability, it ensure cover has good verticality after assembly.
3 Cover and head cover has several access doors, it is easy to check and replace spare parts once fault happens or change wearing parts.
4 Between covers and access door to cover have seal, which ensure no dust escape. Clean and environmental protection.
5 Set reverse stop device, which can preventing accident cause by power off and other problem.
6 Feeding inlet have high position and low position, high position has angle 60° with horizontal, which is used for elevating wet and powdery material. Low position has angle 45° with horizontal, which is used for elevating dry and good scattering material.
