One. The shaft of head pulley and bottom wheel has incorrect installation.
The shaft of head pulley and bottom wheel has incorrect installation is shown as the following. Firstly, the shaft of head pulley and bottom wheel are in the same vertical plane but not parallel. Secondly, the two shaft are mounted in a horizontal position, which is not in the same vertical plane. Thirdly, the two shaft are parallel, which are in the same vertical plane and out of level. In this time, the deviation of charging spout belt is easy to cause the impact between the lifting hopper and machine barrel, the tearing of charging spout belt. In this situation, the machine should be stopped immediately to eliminate the malfunction. The head pulley and bottom wheel are in the same vertical panel, which are all in the horizontal position. The center line of the whole machine is over 1000mm, vertic+al deviation is not more than 2mm, accumulated deviation is not over 8mm.

Two. The joint of charging spout belt is obliquity
The joint of charging spout belt is obliquity meaning that the edge line of charging spout belt is not on a line when the charging spout belt combines. When in working, if one side of charging spout belt is tight, one side is loose, the charging spout belt is easy to move to the tight side, thus the deviation will be caused.

In this way, the bucket will not hold sufficient material, material unload is incomplete, reused material is increasing, the productivity falls down. When in serious situation, the side of charging spout belt will get stuck. In this time, the machine should stop, the joint should be adjusted well.
