Doing the second grouting on the basis of rotary kiln

The second alignment of rotary kiln are all qualified, the concealed work records and kiln’s alignment records should be done. The second grouting could be done after authorized by party A Or supervision departments. Before the second grouting, sizing block trap should be sealed in. The base surface must be clean before filling, greasy dirt shouldn’t exist. When doing the second grouting on the rotary, a portion of the steel base layer is buried in the secondary grouting. Thus, the paint and rust should be cleaned when the steel base layer is embedded the secondary grouting. The grade of the second concrete grout layer is higher than Concrete foundation body. Sand, stone used in the secondary grouting should not contain sawdust, dirt, oil etc, which should be cleaned when they are founded. The gravel should not exceed 10mm.

It is best to carry out the secondary grouting when the temperatures is above 5 ℃. If the temperature is lower than 5 ℃ the necessary measures as followed should be taken:

One. Early strength agent should be added in concrete, which does not exceed three percent of the weight of cement; or using the water whose temperature is not more than 60 ℃ to mix concrete;

Two. Using the grass bag to maintain the temperature and using the vapor to do the maintenance after incubation. The surface of the secondary grouting should be smooth and clean, the space of grout layer should be filled with.
