On September 29, 2015, the national development and Reform Commission issued a document, which approved the Beijing, Tianjin urban rail transit phase II construction plan and Shenzhen urban rail transit phase III construction plan adjustment program. According to the plan, Beijing, Tianjin, Shenzhen will spend 4647.73 billion yuan for the development of urban rail transit by 2021. This approved project is good for the development of mining machinery industry.
According to the approved document by national development and Reform Commission, Beijing city will invest 212.28 billion for the construction of urban rail transportation projects in 12 cities by 2021 and the total length of construction is 262.9 kilometers.
To achieve the aim that the proportion of public transport reach 40% of the public transport by 2020, the total urban rail transit projects in Tianjin will reach 179.433 billion yuan in the next few years.
Shenzhen will adapt the total investment of 73.06 billion for the urban rail transit construction projects phase III, which including 40% capital fund (29.224 billion yuan).
The total investment amount ofurban rail transit construction projects in these three cities are more than 464.773 yuan.
