200~250TPH Crushing, Screening & Washing System

Part I：Project Introduction

1. This system mainly includes:

Quarry Feeding, Primary crushing, Secondary fine crushing, Primary screening, Vertical Impact Crushing, Secondary screening , sand washing, final products stockpile, power supplying and water supplying and belt conveying system etc.

2. Working system                : 2 shifts per day,

3. Processing capacity         : 200-250tph

4. Final products                    :

4.1 Lump stone: 40mm～20mm

4.2 Middle size stone: 20mm～10mm

4.3 Small size stone: 10mm～5mm

4.4 Sand: ＜5mm

Each kind of final product is transported by belt conveyor to the stockpiles.

Part II：Draft Technical Process Designing

This system working process will use “ three stages of crushing, VSI crushing and sand making system”. Of which, the primary crushing  will use jaw crusher with open-circuit process, the secondary fine crushing  will use Impact crusher with close-circuit process. VSI Vertical Shaft Impact crusher will be used both for final stone shaping and sand making purpose.

1. Primary crushing

The quarry (＜750mm) is dumped to the feeding hopper by truck.

Under the feeding hopper, there is grate type vibrating feeder (grate gap: 150mm), the ＞150mm quarry is entering into 1pc of jaw crusher PE900x1200 for Primary crushing, and the ＜150mm quarry is dropped into belt conveyor. The primary crushed stone together with the ＜150mm quarry is sending to the balance hopper for secondary crushing by belt conveyor.

2. The primary screening

The primary screening  has 1pc of 3YK2460 Circle Vibrating screener (mesh size: 40mm, 10mm, 5mm).

The crushed stone from the primary crushing will be separated into three kinds of stones (＞40mm,  40mm～5mm, ＜5mm).

The ＞40mm stones is sending back to the balance hopper for the secondary fine crushing.

The 40mm～5mm stone is sending Vertical Shaft Impact Crusher by belt conveyor(with iron remover);

The ＜5mm stone is sending to sand washer by belt conveyor.

3. Secondary Fine crushing

The ＞40mm stone from the primary screening  is sending to the balance hopper for secondary fine crushing  by belt conveyor. Under the bottom of the balance hopper, there is vibrating feeder to send the stone by belt conveyor(with iron remover) to 1pc of HPC220 hydraulic cone crusher. The crushed stone from impact crusher is sending to the primary screening machine for screening purpose.

4. Vertical Shaft Impact Crushing

it will use 1pc of VSI9526 vertical shaft impact crusher to treat the partial 40mm～5mm stone from the primary screening . The crushed stone is sending to the secondary screening machine.

5. The secondary screening

The secondary screening has 1pc of YK3160 Vibrating screener (mesh size: 20mm, 10mm, 5mm).

The crushed stone from the vertical shaft impact crusher will be separated into four kinds of stone s(40mm～20mm, 20mm～10mm, 10mm-5mm, ＜5mm).

The 40mm～20mm middle size stones is sending to the stockpile (40mm～20mm) as final products by belt conveyor;

The20mm～10mm small size stones is sending to the stockpile (20mm～10mm) as final products by belt conveyor;

The 10mm～5mm mini size stone is sending to stockpile as final products (10mm～5mm) by belt conveyor;

The ＜5mm sand together with ＜5mm sand from the primary screening  is sending to wheel type sand washer by belt conveyor for washing purpose.

6. Sand washing

The sand washing will use 1pc of wheel type sand washing machine. The cleaned sand is sending to stockpile by belt conveyor as final products.
