1. The lubricating oil must be replaced once the ball mill is used for the first time and running continuously for one month. All the lubricating oil must be removed during the replacement and new lubricating oil must be replaced. In the subsequent use of the ball mill, the lubricating oil must be replaced every six months.
2. When the ball mill is in use, it is necessary to regularly monitor the lubrication conditions of each lubrication point, including the lubrication status and oil level.
3. When the ball mill is in operation, the temperature of the lubricating oil of the main bearing, the transmission shaft and the reducer should be kept below 55℃, and the maximum temperature should not exceed 60℃, otherwise the operation of the ball mill should be stopped and carefully checked.
4. During the operation of the ball mill, it should be stable, without abnormal vibration, and no abnormal noise. If the above problems are found, the ball mill needs to be inspected and adjusted in time.
5. The daily maintenance of the ball mill should determine the use state of the fasteners, whether there is looseness and wear, and check whether the joint surface has oil leakage, water leakage and ore leakage.
6. The wear of the steel balls or steel forging used by the ball mill should be monitored in time, and replaced in time when the wear is serious.
7. The liner of the ball mill should be replaced when the wear of the liner reaches 70%, and the bolt of the liner should be replaced in time when it is severely worn and loosened.
8. Regularly check the wear of the large and small gears of the ball mill, and replace them in time if they are severely worn or damaged.
9. Check the inlet and outlet spiral pipes of the ball mill at the right time, repair them if they are slightly damaged, and replace them if they are severely damaged and cannot be repaired.
10. The grate plate of the grid ball mill must be replaced in time when it is worn out and cannot be repaired.
11. Regularly check the connection of the anchor bolts of the ball mill, and deal with it in time if there is any looseness or damage.
Regular maintenance of the ball mill can greatly increase the service life of the equipment and ensure the production efficiency and quality of the product.
