The screen surface is the most important working part of the vibrating screen to withstand the sieved material and to complete the sieving process. The basic requirements of the screen surface are: have sufficient mechanical strength, the maximum opening rate (the total area of the screen mesh and the screen surface area ratio), the screen is not easy to be blocked, the material movement and the opportunity to meet with the screen many. The former requirements, affecting the service life of the screen surface, the latter three requirements related to the work of the sieve effect.
The screen surface should be fixed on the screen frame. Different sieve surface, fixed method is also different. Only the screen surface firmly fixed in the screen frame, in order to ensure the normal operation of the screen surface. Otherwise, not only cannot guarantee the screening effect, but also shorten the screen surface life.

5. Non-metallic screen surface materials are natural rubber, flexible plastic, and nylon and several other. It can not only save copper and stainless steel and other high-quality metal materials, and anti-wear, anti-breaking ability, long life, low noise, is the development of the screen surface.
