Bag filter is a dry dust filter equipment, mainly used for cement, metallurgy, building materials, machinery, chemicals, power and other industries flue gas purification, dust treatment (non-fibrous) and material recovery. The core part of the whole dust removal work is installed in the box inside filter bag, filter bag with a textile filter cloth or non-woven felt made when the dust through the air inlet into the fiber fabric filter of the dust collector, the particles in the gas are filtered, in which the particles are larger and larger dust, due to the role of their own gravity down, fall into the hopper, small dust particles in the gas through the filter bag is blocked, so that the gas is purified specified emission standards.
For different production conditions generated by the dust-laden gas, to choose the appropriate type of dust collector for purification, so as to achieve the best purification effect, if the equipment is too large, will cause unnecessary waste, if the equipment small, will affect the production, not meet the environmental requirements. The main selection is based on the following:
1. The temperature of dust-laden gas
Dust gas temperature is the main basis for the selection of dust, if the intake air temperature and design temperature deviation, will cause serious consequences. When the gas temperature is too high, the filter bag will burn and deform. For high temperature gas, it must be cooled to below the temperature at which the filter can withstand. If the gas temperature is too low, condensation will occur. Therefore, the gas temperature must be kept above the dew point of 20 ℃.
2. Handling air volume
Processing air volume is the amount of dust that the purge can purify the gas per unit of time. Units are cubic meters per hour m3 / h or standard cubic meters per hour Nm3 / h. This is one of the main basis for the selection of dust collector.
3. The entrance dust concentration
Refers to the air inlet dust concentration, which is determined by the dust point of the production process, in the selection when it is second only to deal with the air flow has an important factor, the unit is g / m3 or g / Nm3. When the inlet dust concentration is too large should be considered to add pre-dust removal equipment.
4. Export dust concentration
It is the discharge concentration of the precipitator, which is mainly determined by the local environmental protection requirements and the requirements of the user. The exhaust emission concentration after the dust treatment is generally 50 g / Nm3.
