The rotary dryer can be widely applied due to it’s advantages:
1 High thermal efficiency, energy saving effect is obvious. Test proved that the thermal efficiency is much higher than the traditional single drum dryer, about 50 times . After the dryer being put into operation, the effect of coal saving is obvious.
2 Drying mechanism is in line with scientific requirements, high efficiency and energy saving. In the inner cylinder and the hot gas flow, the heat exchange is carried out in the form of radiation, convection and conduction, and the heat exchange in the outer tube is carried out in the form of conduction and convection.
3 The length of the rotary clay dryer is shortened, which is beneficial to the process layout. The length of the whole machine is reduced by about 40*/ than that of the single drum dryer, which reduces the construction area of the plant, saving the investment of the project, and also more suitable for the process layout of the old factory renovation.
4 This dryer adopts the flow drying process between material and hot air. It can not only be adaptted to the clay, coal, slag, iron powder and other raw materials but also in the metallurgical, chemical and other parts of a variety of bulk materials.
5 Structure is compact, installation is more convenient and easier operation and more reliable operation, higher operation rate.
6 It has the automatic temperature monitoring system, which makes the operation more convenient.
7 A variety of lifting plate is designed, angle lifting plate and words lifting plate combining reasonably makes that the material and the hot flue gas exchange more fully, reduce the mechanism of dryer cylinder "wind tunnel".
8 Adopt variable frequency speed regulation, adjust the rotating speed of drying machine equipment. According to the incoming water, production requirements choose the different speed to ensure the needs of the next process.
9 The external surface area of rotary clay dryer is reduced 30% than the single tube rotary dryer and the outer tube has thermal insulation effect for the inner tube. The outer cylinder surface temperature is low, less heat loss, it has greatly improved the working environment and working conditions.
