2. Project description

Shandong Dongjia Group was established in 2002, with 4 wholly-owned and holding companies, covering an area of 700,000 square meters, and employing more than 2,200 people, including nearly 600 scientific and technical personnel. With an annual output of 160,000 tons of titanium oxide, 900,000 tons of sulfuric acid, and 60,000 tons of ammonium sulfate, the group has developed into one of the largest titanium oxide production bases in Asia. At the request of the environmental protection department of Shandong Province, Dongjia Group renovated the boiler and built a 120-ton pulverized coal boiler. Among them, the pulverized coal preparation station needs to be newly built. Dongjia Group has two large vertical mills that are grinding titanium dioxide, and it needs to find a manufacturer to transform and build a 30TPH pulverized coal preparation center.

3. Design principles

(1) On the premise of meeting the requirements of production scale, the host adopts stand-alone, single-line equipment to achieve the purpose of smooth and compact production line, save land, and increase land use rate.

(2) The auxiliary equipment is based on the principles of stability, reliability, and energy saving to ensure normal production, high quality, high yield, and low energy consumption.

(3) Fully integrate the local natural conditions, optimize the design plan under the process and production conditions, and reduce the project cost as much as possible.

(4) Conscientiously implement relevant environmental protection, laws, regulations and standards, strictly control environmental pollution, reduce pollutant discharge, protect and improve the environment, and realize safe and civilized production.

4. Project implementation

Due to the strong strength and many achievements of Henan Zhengzhou Mining Machinery in Shandong's pulverized coal preparation project, Dongjia Group found Henan Zhengzhou Mining Machinery. The members of the pulverized coal station team of Henan Zhengzhou Mining Machinery rushed to the site of Dongjia Group as soon as possible. For the specific layout of the on-site boiler, the technicians of Henan Zhengzhou Mining Machinery proposed a design plan. After a week of technical exchanges, the two parties confirmed a 30tph vertical mill coal powder preparation station and signed a commercial contract on December 14, 2016. During the execution of the contract, the Zhengzhou Coal Pulverized Coal Station team went to the site many times to exchange plans and project progress. In October 2017, the ZKRM 15.2 vertical mill pulverized coal preparation station project was successfully completed and passed the acceptance at one time. Providing customers with good services not only saves production costs for customers, but also improves customers' production efficiency.
