1. The selection of anti-static filters

The bag filters are easy to reduce friction with dust in working, producing and accumulating the electrostatic charge, meanwhile, absorbing a large number of dust, causing dust deposit. Dust deposit will be up around 0.5-2mm, thick dust is formed on the bag surface. The spark discharged by electrostatic charge also cause a dust explosion hazard. The combustion and explosion caused by static electricity often occurs. In order to eliminate static electricity hazards, the electric charge on the filter surface could be released by the cleaner body when using anti-static filter. The method of making an electrically conductive filter is adding the conductive fibers in the filter. Conductive fibers can be metal fibers, also could be modified as synthetic fibers. Stainless steel fiber has good electrical conductivity properties, which is easy to blend with other fibers. It has good flexibility, mechanical properties, good conductivity, acid and other chemical corrosion, high temperature etc, easily woven as antistatic filter material.

2. Anti-explosion pulse valves

Pulse jet bag filter should select pulse valve explosion when used in blasting situation. Explosion pulse valve has two types: one is to strengthen the sealing of the solenoid valve, thus improving protection insulation class. Another is that the solenoid pilot valve is mounted in the explosion-proof solenoid pilot valve box. Using the trachea to connect the pulse valve and anti- explosion solenoid pilot valve box.

The former anti-explosion electromagnetic pulse valves has anti-explosion solenoid valve pilot valve. The anti-explosion electromagnetic head adopts a sort of special resin. The special resin includes metal wire in the inner coil and firmly bonding it, forming an integrated structure. This configuration ensures that the metal guideline in the wire coil will not come into contact with explosive atmosphere, thereby completely eliminating the possibility of explosion. This advanced structure turns the passive explosion outside the traditional isolation coil spark into active explosion. Power lines are sealed on the terminal in the electromagnetic head, avoids sparks generated when the two ends are loosed, which are applied to the occasion having special requirements for anti-explosion class.
