The frame which is fixed on the base by bolt transmitted the crushing force to the foundation, also as the rigid supporting body of other parts of the crusher. The guard board of the frame on the inner wall of the crusher frame can be replaced to prevent the wear on the inner wall of the frame. The supporting sleeve on the upper part of the frame is provided with a cutting thread, so that the adjustment sleeve can be adjusted. Heavy duty helical compression spring is arranged on the lower part of the flange of the frame, and a stud is used to support the bearing sleeve.Therefore the crusher will not be damaged when a foreign material (such as iron) goes through the crushing chamber. The amount of spring compression increases when the foreign body is passed through the crushing chamber. Spring compression make the bearing sets increase, and then the foreign body will discharge. The locating pin extends from the rack surface to prevent the supporting sleeve rotating. When the adjusting sleeve is raised or sloped, the positioning pin plays a guiding role, so as to return the supporting sleeve to the normal working position. The rack bushing and the rack provide the eccentric sleeve with a bearing surface. With bolts connected to the bottom cover of the lower part of the frame, the crusher has a lubricating way. The bottom cover also plays a role in supporting the thrust bearing and the eccentric sleeve.
When the crusher stops to replace the lining board, the wear condition of the lining board and the rib plate should be examined firstly.
Zinc alloy also could be replacing by epoxy resin as a locking filler when replace the lining, as it can avoid the damage to people caused by the molten zinc alloy.
The use of epoxy resin filler need no special training, because the epoxy resin and curing agent can be mixed at room temperature and there is no need for the melting and pouring equipment and special protective measures.
Frequent spring action or crusher placed in outdoor will be difficult for discharging the spring bolt on the nut. the thread on the spring bolts will be deformed or extended due to the frequent action of the compression spring, or produced the corrosion due to the exposure. If this happens, the spring bolt must be cut off.
During the normal operation of the crusher, the frame and the supporting sleeve with the bearing surface will produce the wear. More frequent the spring action is, more serious wear is. Due to the wear of the supporting surface, the supporting set will sink, which will cause the spring longer, and then the former spring set fixed on the frame will also become longer, therefore the spring force will be decreased.
