Jaw crusher is mainly composed of a frame, an eccentric shaft, a large belt wheel, a flywheel, a movable jaw, a side guard plate, an elbow plate, a back of elbow plate, an adjusting screw, a reset spring, a fixed jaw plate and a movable jaw plate, while the elbow plate plays a role of insurance. The crushing modes of this series jaw crusher include a curved type, electric motor and belt pulley, making the movable jaw move upwards and downwards through the eccentric shaft. When the movable jaw moves upward, the angle between the elbow plate and the movable jaw becomes bigger thus the movable jaw plate moves closer to the fixed jaw plate and the materials are squeezed, twisted and grinded at the same time. When the movable jaw moves down, the angle between the elbow plate and the movable jaw the plate becomes smaller. The movable plate leaves the fixed jaw plate under the effect of the pull rod and spring, and then the crushed materials discharge from the crushing cavity. The batch production is realized with the periodic crushing and discharging by the continuous rotating of electric motor.
Characteristics of Jaw Crusher
