Application Method of Pulse Bag Dust Collector

First. Please check all the accessories of the dust separator and the host before equipment installation. If any problem, please install after solve the problems.

Second. Installation of Control Instrument; When the dust separator is installed in outdoor, the rain cover needs to be installed to protect the control instrument. It also could be installed in indoor. The distance between the control instrument and dust separator is determined by the instruction of the control instrument. Please check whether the control instrument is qualified before using it. The inspection method as follows: please install the control device according to the specified location; and then adjust the width of the pluse, the length of the pluse cycle after operating. After checking, it shows the accurate data and no disorder phenomenon for the digital display program.  When turning on or turning off the solenoid valve, it sounds clear without vibration phenomenon. The above requirements will be regards as the qualified standards of the control instrument. Otherwise, the control instrument should be replaced.

Third. Installation of Solenoid Valve; The solenoid valve and the pulse valve are connected by stud with the rubber pad on its two ends of connectors. After the solenoid Valve fixed, connect the wire of solenoid valveto its corresponding conductors. ( The button should turns 90ºwhen open the protection cover.)

Fourth. Clean the sundries in the dust hopper before operate the equipment.

Fifth. It will be better if the pulse bag filter is managed by the designated person. Maintenance workers must be familiar with the dust collector and the principle of the instrument, to master the method of adjustment and maintenance, and establish the operational records.

Sixth. Broken bag should be replaced in time. If the powder comes out from the discharge part of dust collector, it shows that the bag has been broken. The methods of checking the broken bags are as follows: open the lid and check whether there is a dust place after parking. If cannot be distinguished, start the blowing system and observe the venturi tube when blow. The one emitting the dust shows that the bag under the venturi tube. The bag should be replaced in time.

Seventh. Gas bag should conduct the pollution discharge regularly.

Eighth.  The pulse valve diaphragm is easy to broke therefore it should

change in time.
