The choice of motor of rotary kiln

　　For different rotary kiln equipment, our choice of motor is also different:

1.      Under the working conditions of high temperature, containing dust or corrosive gas, should choose explosion-proof motor to prevent dust or corrosion.

2.      For rotary kiln calcining, the performance of reaction material changes and fluctuations in throughput, and rotating cylinder device needs speed regulating motor that should choose speed.

3.      Select the 1:3 speed range of the motor.

4.      The motor power should be selected to consider the load characteristics of the rotary kiln, and the general starting torque is in 3.5 4 times of the normal torque.

5.      For high temperature equipment, more than the use range of the motor; the ventilation cooling device should be set up or partition.
