The mainframe of ball mill is driven by the speed reducer through the central axis in the ball mill, The upper of axis of ball mill is joining with the plum flower trellis, there is a roll installment on the frame of ball mill which can form the swing pivot, the ball mill device is not rotating around the central axle, but also around ball mill ring. There is a shovel system under the plum flower trellis of ball mill, which its position is under the roll lower. The shovel and the roll of ball mill throw the material into the space between the rob and roll of ball mill in the process of revolving at the same time. Then the filler is formed. The filler of ball mill grind the material by the effect of outward centrifugal force from roll revolving to satisfy the purpose of making powder by ball mill. The powder is collected from ball mill after the air current and the powder are separated.
Choosing powder machine do its function to the powder through velocity modulation electrical machinery impetus blade revolving on turntable. Qualified end product powder goes into cyclone collector from ball mill with air current, through blade. Unqualified powder is thrown into the outer wall by blade of ball mill and separated with the air. Coarse powder inside ball mill falls into rub room of ball mill to regrind because of its own gravity function. when the air current with powder enters the collector from ball mill, it is in a high speed revolving condition. After the separation between the air and the powder from ball mill, when the air current body wall contract to the center and move to the base of cone of ball mill, it forms a air current column which revolving to the upward. Then the powder falls and is collected from ball mill. There is locking dust equipment under the collector of ball mill. Its function is to isolate the outside baroscopic gas and the collector negative pressure gas, or it will have a serious influence on the whole output of ball mill.
