1. Before installation, you must carefully read the product manual and the drawings and materials provided with the equipment, and check the quantity and quality of all parts according to the shipping list. If there is any problem, you should deal with it in time or contact the manufacturer.

2. When installing in order, quality inspection must be carried out for each step, and the next step can be carried out only if it is correct.

3. The equipment should be hoisted to prevent deformation. The key hoisting parts are welded with lifting lugs by the manufacturer, and they should be used for lifting.

4. After the upper, middle and lower boxes, air inlets and outlets, ash hoppers, etc. are installed, all joints should be sealed and airtight. Those connected by welding should be air tightly welded and quality checked. In order to prevent welding deformation, do not use too much welding current. For connection with fasteners, gaskets must be added and all fasteners must be tightened. Use epoxy resin, silicone rubber or other sealants to plug the local air leakage. The seal of the dust collector is an important factor affecting normal operation and life. The standard requires air leakage rate to be less than 5%.

5. The conveying equipment at the lower part of the ash hopper, if it has been installed before leaving the factory, should be readjusted after the ash hopper is installed and filled with lubricating oil (or grease) due to transportation reasons.

6. When installing the gas circuit part, the compressor tube manufacturer has already manufactured it separately, and only needs to be assembled on site. The control of the air pipe may need to carry out on-site feeding and buckle work. All pipelines must be cleaned up without any debris. All joints should be filled with sealing material, and pressure test should be carried out to prevent air leakage.

7. Installing the bag cage and filter bag is the most careful and careful work in all installation work, so it should be done at the end. When installing, the filter bag must not collide or scratch with hard objects. Even a small scratch will greatly shorten the life of the filter bag. The installation method is to first put the filter bag into the bag chamber from the flower plate hole of the box body, then pinch the spring ring on the upper part of the bag mouth into a concave shape, and put it into the flower plate hole, so that the flower plate hole steel plate is aligned with the pocket spring In the sealing groove outside the ring, restore the spring ring so that it is tightly clamped on the circumference of the flower plate hole, and finally the bag cage is gently inserted from the bag mouth until the upper cover of the bag cage is sure to press on the flower plate until.
