Similarities and Differences between Raw mill and Cement Mill

However, the use of ball mills as raw materials is not widely used in the cement industry. It is not the mainstream of the cement industry. The raw material grinding in the cement industry mainly uses vertical mills, which are more economical than ball mills. The raw material mill does not have high requirements for the fineness of the discharge, and the ball load is relatively small compared to the cement mill, and does not require finer steel ball grading.

Cement mills are good at manufacturing cement mills. But in addition to grinding cement raw materials, it is also good at grinding clinker, plus other mixed materials to grind cement, generally ball milling, the fineness of cement is required, and ball milling can pass through the mill The gradation of the steel balls controls the fineness of the ground cement.

The raw mill has a combined design of the mill inner liner, and adopts different liner structures for different stages in the mill, which greatly improves the grinding efficiency; the working pressure in the mill is negative pressure, which effectively prevents the occurrence of powder leakage;

The cement mill has the characteristics of strong adaptability to materials, continuous production, large crushing ratio, and easy speed adjustment to grind the fineness of the product. It can be produced by dry method or wet method, and can also be used for grinding and drying at the same time.
