Purchase ball mill, what need to know?

Frst, you need to know the basic meaning of ball mill. Ball mill is the key equipment of regrinding of material after first crushing. Ball mill is widely used in cement,  new type building material, fire-proof material, and fertilizer industry, etc. Ball mill can process many kinds of ore and other material using dry approach and wet approach.
Second, you need to know the basic structure of ball mill. Ball mill is composed of feeding part, discharging part, rotary part, driving device. The quill shaft of ball mill adopts cast steel; the ball mill lining board is removable; the big gear wheel of ball mill was made by casting hobbing; the cylinder of ball mill is inlayed with lining board; the lining board of ball mill is durable in use.
Third, we need to know the basic knowledge of ball mill. For example, when ball mill is on operation if there is regular loud beating sound inside ball mill, it is because the screw was loosened. When ball mill is rotating , the loose lining board is beating against ball mill cylinder. We need to find the position of loose ball mill lining board according to the sound origin, and tighten the screw.
