ZK was invited to participate in the 21st E-Commerce Lecture

On December 19, 2018, at 13:30 pm, the 21st Zhengzhou E-Commerce Lecture Hall event, hosted by Zhengzhou Municipal Bureau of Commerce and Economic Development Zone Management Committee, undertake by the Economic Development Bureau of the Economic Development Zone, was held in Baoguo Building. Henan Zhengzhou Mining Machinery Co., Ltd. was invited to participate in the 21st Zhengzhou E-Commerce Lecture Hall. The participants included teachers from various colleges and universities, media friends from various newspapers, and e-commerce companies in Zhengzhou. This theme focuses on “New opportunities for cross-border e-commerce in the context of Sino-US trade frictions”.

This e-commerce lecture hall invited four industry experts to share and communicate with everyone. Lei Bing, director of the Department of Electronic Commerce of Henan University of Technology, shared the interpretation of the e-commerce law and the cross-border e-commerce new policy. Lin Zhiyong, secretary-general of the China-US Business Association, shared the analysis of Sino-US trade war situation and coping strategies. Jia Caiyun, manager of the operation center of Alibaba Henan Province sharing the new opportunities for global cross-border trade. Cheng Haidong, Minister of Market Development of Henan Lugang Group, shared how multimodal transport can help cross-border e-commerce development in Henan.

The Zhengzhou E-Commerce Lecture Hall is an important measure for the Zhengzhou Municipal Government to promote the development of e-commerce in the city. It is a “Hui” enterprise project organized by the Zhengzhou Municipal Bureau of Commerce using the difference strategy, the boutique strategy and the management strategy to create a normalized and long-term development for the city's e-commerce development. The main purpose is to analyze the policy direction, explore the development of the industry, share experience and ignite the passion of entrepreneurship, and provide an important platform for e-commerce enterprises in Zhengzhou to learn and exchange resources.

The E-Commerce Department of Henan Zhengzhou Mining Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in 2009 and has been in business for 10 years. At present, Zhengzhou Mining Machinery E-commerce Department is becoming more and more mature, forming its unique e-commerce operation system. The "E-commerce Law", which has attracted much attention in the country, has been publicly solicited for three times and reviewed four times. After five years, it was officially adopted on August 31, 2018,  and will be implemented on January 1, 2019. Lei Bing, director of the Department of Electronic Commerce of Henan University of Technology, deeply interpreted the scope, main body and cross-border e-commerce new policy of e-commerce law at the meeting. Zhengzhou Mining Machinery E-commerce Department will also organize relevant personnel within the enterprise to study the "E-commerce Law" and strictly abide by national policies and regulations.

Henan Zhengzhou Mining Machinery Co., Ltd., as a traditional enterprise, started its transformation earlier and adopted the Internet-based, online and offline combination to develop its business. The core strategy is to streamline traffic, stratify merchants, optimize the supply chain, achieve precise marketing, and put forward the concept of excellent business and excellent products. Under such strategic adjustments, we should enhance brand awareness, reputation, and popularity, and increase our brand promotion.

The 21st e-commerce lecture hall with the theme of “New Opportunities for Cross-border E-commerce in the Background of Sino-US Trade Friction” has brought us industry information and policy interpretation, providing us with an important platform for peer exchange and resource sharing. In the context of changing international conditions, we should adjust our policies and strategic direction in a timely manner, and respond to changes in a timely manner in order to be invincible.
