Working Principle of Calcium Aluminate Rotary Kiln
Raw ore from the storage tank are directly fed into the calcium aluminate rotary kiln tail by the electronic belt weighing scales, belt conveyors, stable silo, lock air valve, and the kiln tail is only equipped with stable silo to reduce investment. After the ore fed into the calcium aluminate rotary kiln for heating firstly, the ore with the hot air flow in the kiln move reversely. After in the heating zone ore, the ore is heated to the reduction temperature and then into the reduction zone. The flame center temperature of reduction zone is controlled at about 1000 ℃, the reduction zone hot atmosphere temperature is controlled at 700 ℃, then the ore react with the reducing gas for reduction. After entering the cooling zone, the ore meet with incoming gas, the gas is preheated, and the ore is cooled and discharged out of calcium aluminate rotary kiln. After continuous bucket conveyor water cooling, the ore are put into the reservoir to be selected.
