Second, the carbon monoxide content in the kiln and the exhaust pressure of the kiln tail must be measured at any time. When the carbon monoxide content exceeds the pre-determined limit content or the negative pressure of the rotary kiln exhaust fan is lower than the normal value of the rated output.
Third, the intake kiln intake control, if the raw material powder added to the amount of 75% of the maximum addition, a fuel addition of the rated value and the actual value ratio deviated from the allowable range, then need to increase the amount.
Fourth, the rotary kiln incineration emissions of pollutants exceeded the allowable limit of dust emissions, which may be dust, fans or rotary kiln burner failure caused by the need to carefully on each of the relevant equipment for detailed testing.
