Lime kiln with gas fuel ignition procedures are as follows:

7. Always adjust the chemical composition and temperature of the gas in the kiln for at least 30 minutes during the ignition adjustment. According to the composition of the gas to determine the full degree of gas combustion and air consumption coefficient. If the content of carbon monoxide and hydrogen is high, it is proved that the air supplied to the burner is insufficient, and the burner should be adjusted to reduce the amount of combustion gas or increase the amount of combustion air. While the oxygen content of the kiln gas is high, the amount of air in the kiln should be reduced.
8. After the kiln pressure and gas components are normal, the burner can burn at normal flow rate.
