Its working principle is that the exciter produces periodic excitation force, which makes the bearing tank on the elastic system produce continuous and stable directional rotation , To achieve uniform material forward delivery, the exciter by a pair of teeth with the same number of two kinds of male gear and mounted on the shaft side of the four eccentric block composition, two axes for the same speed reverse rotation, two shaft eccentric Block mass and eccentricity are equal, eccentric block generated by the excitation force in the Y direction of the mutual overlap, and in the X direction of the force is offset each other. The vibrating feeder is an important equipment in the sintering process. The engineers pointed out that it is installed between the uniaxial crusher and the roller crusher to replace the chain conveyor in a system sintering process.
Vibrating feeder has the following advantages relative to the chain plate conveyor:
(1) Vibration feed conveyor sintering block uniform and stable, reducing the impact of the gear crusher and is conducive to the broken pieces of sintering;
