1. Operation. Reasonably determine the operating parameters of the kiln (feed volume, speed, flame temperature and length, etc.), can be calcined out the qualified clinker. Operation fluctuation will lead to over-burning or undercooling. Especially calcine high temperature raw materials, when the kiln temperature is low, it cannot guarantee to achieve quality requirements.
2. The raw material block degrees. Into the kiln raw materials require uniform block degree, block degree is too large, not easy to burn through, block degree is too small, easy to over burn. Materials in the kiln during the campaign, coarse and fine aggregates produce segregation phenomenon. Fine aggregates are sandwiched in the middle layer, and coarse aggregates roll in the material layer surface. Therefore, coarse aggregates heat better, higher calcination temperature; and the fine aggregates of the center have opposite condition.
3. The classification of raw materials. According to the physical and chemical properties of raw materials graded calcination, is conducive to master the regularity of its calcination and stabilize the kiln thermal system. For example, high bauxite Al2O3 content fluctuation range is big, sintering temperature vary with different grades and different requirements, mixed grade material into the kiln will cause the burning of high grade material less burn, low grade material over burn, seriously affect the quality of calcination.
4. Screening raw materials before into the kiln. Less than 5mm of the material due to sandwiched impurities, often have poor quality, which easily fuse into large and small clumps, not only pollution clinker, but also is difficult to elect; and easy to produce knot ring kiln, resulting in thermal System damage, affecting the quality of kiln calcination, it must be screened.
5. Fuel. Using coal as fuel, part of the ash settles in the kiln, an increase of the material low melting compounds. Therefore, the more calcination process ring, the more is not conducive to the thermal stability of the kiln system, resulting in calcination quality fluctuations.
