Process of Cement Production Line

For the whole process of cement production line, we main devide it into 14 steps.
1.Crushing of limestone and Transportatio
The limestone explored in the mine is discharged into the feed bin before the limestone crusher by front loader or truck. By means of plate type feeder, feed it into a crusher. Then the belt conveyor carries the crushed limestone to the rectangular pile for pre-blending and stored there。
2.Limestone Preblending Shed & Transportation
Then the crushed limestone is piled up he side cantilevered stacker, the stored in rectangular pile for pre-blending of limestone, then by the means of a reclaimer, carried by a belt conveyor to the raw material batch silo.
3.Auxiliary Material Crushing and Conveyin
Clay are transported into plant by truck, it will be sent to discharging hopper directly when corresponding hopper is available, then conveyed to united pre-blending stack yard accordingly via apron feeder, crusher and belt conveyor , in the contrary, material will be shipped to open stack yard when hopper is full. Once hopper is ready , material will be taken to hopper by loader, after that it will be piled in united pre-blending stack yard via crusher and belt conveyor.
4.Raw material proportioning silo & Transportatio
Raw material proportioning silo establishes mixing silos, which are respectively used for storing limestone, clay and iron powder(ore), etc.The limestone, clay and iron powder(ore) shall be discharged from the silo base respectively according to the set proportion and then sent to raw material mill by belt conveyor.
5.Raw Material Grinding and Exhaust Gas Treatment
The proportioned raw material will be entered into raw mill to grind through mill head air lock. Raw Mill is a ball mill which incorporated with functions of drying and grinding. And mill’s heating source is high temperature waste gas coming from ID fan in kiln inlet.
The gas coming from cyclone bag filter will be sent to waste gas treatment system of kiln & mill by systematic ventilation fan. The system workshop is installed with heat gas generator as standby , in order that it can supply hot air for mill in case of production preliminary stage and kiln stoppage or raw material with high water content.
High temperature waste gas emitted from pre-heater, it shall get through temperature decrease & modified treatment via conditioning tower. It will be treated as heating source of drying sent into raw mill entirely when mill is running, and exhaust gas from raw mill is to be discharged into atmosphere by chimney after treated by kiln inlet bag house, kiln inlet is running. In case that mill is running, dust collected via conditioning tower and bag filter , shall be entered into raw material homogenizing silo by bucket elevator along with qualified raw material.
6.Raw material homogenizing and kiln inlet feeding syste
The raw meal is sent to raw meal homogenizing silo through elevator and air slide. The present project established one homogenizing silo for storing and homogenizing raw meal. Within the silo there are discharging areas and raw material are discharged from respective discharging area in a certain order into the mixing bin for stirring. Homogenization is realized mainly by gravity slicing in the silo and stirring in the mixing bin. On the bin there is load sensor and air charging system and under the bin there is feeding matering system that consists of flow valve to stabilized feeding capacity. The metered raw material are sent through air slide to kiln inlet elevator, which feeds the raw materials to preheater
7.Preheater Syste
Kiln pre-calcination system is comprised by single series four stage cyclone pre-heater and calciner.
8.Calcination in Middle of Kiln Outlet
Raw material will be burned in rotary kiln after receiving pre-calcination, with heat loss of 820kcal/kg-cl. As high temperature clinker entered into grate cooler from kiln, it will be cooled down suddenly by cooling air from grate plate, temperature of clinker coming out from grate cooler is environmental temperature +65℃. The crushed clinker shall be transported to clinker silo by chain conveyor.In terms of high temperature waste gas of grate cooler , some of them will be used as secondary air in kiln; another part will be treated as combustion air sent to calciner by tertiary air duct; some of them will be employed as heating source of drying in coal mill; the remaining gas shall be emitted into air after treated by air heat exchange and bag filter in kiln outlet. Dust Collected by air heat exchange and bag filter, it will conveyed to clinker silo by chain conveyor.
9.Clinker Storage and Conveyanc
There is a silo used for clinker storaget; while it will also set up a concrete silo nearby clinker silo, which employed for storage of gypsum and additive.
Material will be discharged at the certain rate from silo bottom by vibration feeder in terms of clinker, gypsum and additive, and then sent to cement grinding system via belt conveyor situated under silo bottom.
10.Gypsum Crushing and Additive Conveying
Gypsum transported into plant by truck, it will be sent to discharging hopper directly when corresponding hopper is available, then conveyed to cement proportioning silo accordingly via apron feeder, crusher and belt conveyor; on the contrary, material will be shipped to stack shed when hopper is full. Once hopper is ready, material will be taken to hopper by loader, after that it will be sent to cement proportioning silo via apron feeder, crusher and belt conveyor.
Additive transported into plant by truck, it will be sent to discharging hopper directly when corresponding hopper is available, then conveyed to cement proportioning silo accordingly via belt conveyor; on the contrary, material will be shipped to stack shed when hopper is full. Once hopper is ready, material will be taken to hopper by loader, after that it will be sent to cement proportioning silo via belt conveyor.
11.Cement Grinding, Conveying and Storag
Cement grinding system is adopted one set of ball mill with O-sepa separator grinding system for this project, cement will be sent to cement silo for storage via air slide and elevator after grinding.
12.Cement Packing and Bulk Loadin
Cement packing system is made up a rotary packer, and cement can go into any one of packing system through air slide and elevator. The packed cement will be loaded onto truck by automatic truck loading machine.
13.Air Compressor Statio
One air compressor station is fixed for this plant. It can satisfy requirement of compressed air for each workshop, such as pneumatic controlled valve, pre-heater air blasting, instrumentation measuring and impulse bag filter etc.
14.Laborator
Within the plant, there is central laboratory(located in the comprehensive building),responsible for conventional chemical analysis and physical inspection of the raw materials, fuels, semi products and finished products so as to guarantee the product quality of each production link and dispatch.
16.Air Compressor Station
