    Introduction

    Phosphate ore can be divided into siliceous type, calcareous type, and siliceous (calcium)-calcium (silicon) type. Flotation is the most important beneficiation method for apatite. According to the different properties of phosphate ore, Henan ZK Corp designs the following process flows: flotation+magnetic separation combined flow, grinding+classification+flotation flow, stage grinding+stage separation flow, roasting+digestion+classification flow.

    Advantages

    Adopting combined beneficiation technology to improve the grade and recovery rate of phosphate concentrate.

    1. Wide range of applicable ores: Applicable to low-grade phosphate ore, including igneous apatite and sedimentary metamorphic apatite ore.

    2. Energy-saving and economical: Flotation at room temperature can be achieved, and the coarse particle size of the product in the tank is conducive to product post-processing and reduces costs.

    3. Environmentally friendly and pollution-free: Adopting alkali-free process, the reagent is pollution-free, and will not cause harm to the environment and production.

    Technology

    Phosphate ores are sent to the receiving hopper by loader. Under the hopper, there is grizzly feeder to send the ores into primary jaw crusher. The primary crushed ores are sent to the vibrating screen for screening by belt conveyor. The oversize ores (+15mm) are sent to the secondary cone crusher for fine crushing by belt conveyor and belt feeder. The finely crushed ore is returned to vibrating screen through belt conveyor for secondary screening, so as to form a closed-circuit of crushing and screening system. The undersize ores (-15mm) enters the silo for storage through the conveying equipment. There is a belt weigher installed under the silo, which is then fed the crushed ore into the wet ball mill through belt conveyor. The process water is supplied by a high-level water tank. The ground slurry coming out of the ball mill will enter into spiral classifier for classifying purpose, and the quality fine materials will enter into agitating tank. The coarse materials will return to the ball mill for regrinding. The qualified slurry in the mixing tank is pumped to the flotation machine. After a closed-circuit process of 1-stage roughing, 3-stages concentrating, 2-stages scavenging, and intermediate ore returning, the obtained concentrate is pumped to thickener machine, then dehydrated by disc type press filter and sent to the concentrate yard by belt conveyor. The tailings are pumped to the tailings pond.
