    Introduction

    Production line introduction: For high-temperature industrial kilns that release a large amount of gas due to chemical or physical reactions during roasting, calcining, and drying of ores, our company has developed a gas box that includes a high-temperature induced draft fan, a high-temperature resistant dust collector, a pipe, and a dust collection system. The type dust collector system (ZLPM) uses an induced draft fan set at the end of the kiln to extract high-temperature dusty flue gas at 130°C-280°C and perform dust removal treatment; for mines and winds with a large content of fine powder (less than 50μm), the collection For mineral powder processing with large dust collection capacity and multi-section characteristics, as well as powder projects such as cement and coal preparation, our company has developed a long bag pulse dust collector including a bag dust collector, induced draft fan and ventilation duct. (ZLCM), this machine handles large air volume and has the characteristics of a centralized dust removal system.

    Advantages

    1. The entire system operates under negative pressure and is well sealed to prevent dust from spilling out.

    2. The dust collector uses high temperature resistant filter material. An electric regulating valve is installed at the fan inlet to ensure the flue gas pressure at the kiln mouth. At the same time, the fan is equipped with a hydraulic coupling for speed regulation to meet the different production conditions of the kiln.

    3. In view of the flammability of pulverized coal, the pulverized coal dust collector is equipped with explosion-proof doors in each chamber for high safety.

    Technology

    Dust removal process at kiln tail in lime industry

    The temperature of the flue gas at the end of the lime kiln is 220°C, and the dust concentration is generally 10~30g/Nm³. Based on the characteristics of lime production and smoke and dust, and drawing on many years of experience, our company uses large-scale high-temperature offline pulse dust collectors for dust removal at the end of the kiln, and sets up a two-stage dust removal system. The first-level dust removal is equipped with a cyclone dust collector, and the second-level dust collector uses a high-temperature bag dust collector with a rear high-temperature induced draft fan. The entire system operates under negative pressure and is well sealed to prevent dust from escaping. The purified gas is discharged to the atmosphere through the chimney using a high-temperature resistant fan. The dust concentration of the purified gas is controlled within 30mg/Nm³, which is better than the standard. When the rotary kiln is in operation, the flue gas volume is small, the temperature is low, and the moisture content is high. In order to prevent the flue gas from condensing through the bag dust collector, the pipe valve at the inlet of the bag dust collector is closed, and the flue gas enters through the bypass pipe. Cyclone dust collector is discharged to the atmosphere through the chimney.

    The dust collected by the bag dust collector is sent to the dust bin through the rotary discharge valve, scraper and bucket elevator, and is transported away regularly by special vehicles. In order to discharge ash smoothly from the ash hopper of the dust collector and prevent side wall adhesion, a bin wall vibrator is installed on the inclined wall of the ash hopper. The dust collector uses high temperature resistant filter material. An electric regulating valve is installed at the fan inlet to ensure the flue gas pressure at the kiln mouth. At the same time, the fan is equipped with a hydraulic coupling for speed regulation to meet the different production conditions of the kiln.

    According to the finished product feeding method and storage bin layout, it is divided into 4 methods: belt conveyor head unloading, chute unloading, unloader, and spiral unloading. 

    Powdered coal preparation and dust collection process

    In the pulverized coal preparation section, the dust collector is used as dust collection equipment to collect and grind 200-mesh pulverized coal. In view of the flammability of pulverized coal, the pulverized coal dust collector is equipped with explosion-proof doors in each chamber, which is highly safe. 

    The preparation process of pulverized coal is as follows: 

    Raw coal and coke powder with particle size less than 25mm enter the silo through the elevator respectively. Raw coal and coke powder are evenly fed from the lower part of the silo through the feeder, and enter the mixing silo through the belt conveyor and elevator. The materials in the mixing silo are mixed. The coal is evenly fed into the coal mill feeding device through the metering feeder and enters the inner chamber of the coal mill; the drying of the coal mill system uses hot air drawn from the rotary kiln head furnace to dry inside the mill; the ground The pulverized coal enters the dynamic separator for classification under the negative pressure of the induced draft fan of the dust collector. The unqualified coarse pulverized coal is returned to the coal mill feeding device through the return screw conveyor for secondary grinding and drying. The fine pulverized coal enters the pulse bag dust collector; the bag dust collector collects qualified pulverized coal, and the collected pulverized coal enters the pulverized coal silo through the screw conveyor; after the pulverized coal is measured by the powder flow meter , sent to the kiln head burner part of the rotary kiln by the pneumatic conveying device.
