The secondary combustion chamber is a secondary combustion device for the flue gas generated during incineration, which burns and destroys the unburned harmful substances in the flue gas in the secondary combustion chamber.
The secondary combustion chamber is equipped with a burner to support combustion and a separate secondary air supply device to ensure that the flue gas is fully contacted with oxygen at high temperature, fully combusted and decomposed, so as to meet the emission requirements.
Working Principle:
The temperature in the secondary combustion chamber is controlled at 100~1200°C, and the secondary air supply device can adjust the residence time of the flue gas in the secondary combustion chamber to ensure that the residence time of the flue gas is greater than 2s. Hot air and hot gas and setting up the second hot gas combustion process: in order to burn the flue gas chamber after combustion, the flue gas can be rapidly burned, so that the steaming hot gas can be regenerated and heated in the second water heater calorimeter. After the heat exchange, it enters the cold water heat exchanger of the two-stage air conditioner, and the temperature is heated from 1100 degrees to 200 degrees, and then enters the water heater. The water heater burns from 20 to 200 degrees Celsius into the furnace, which increases energy costs and helps heat sources.
1. The secondary combustion chamber is equipped with a burner to support combustion and a separate secondary air supply device to ensure that the flue gas is fully contacted with oxygen at high temperature, fully combusted and decomposed, so as to meet the emission requirements.
2. A water heat exchanger and an air heat exchanger are arranged behind the secondary combustion chamber. After the high temperature flue gas is exchanged with the water heat exchanger, it enters the two-stage air for heat exchange, which improves the combustion efficiency and saves the cost of heat source.
3. The flue gas temperature at the outlet of the secondary combustion chamber is greater than 1100°C, and the residence time of flue gas in the high temperature area is more than 2 seconds, ensuring the complete decomposition of harmful components including dioxins in the flue gas, and meeting the national requirements for hazardous waste incineration.
4. The outlet temperature of the rotary kiln is 800~850℃. After the flue gas enters the secondary combustion chamber, the secondary air is tangentially injected around the secondary combustion chamber, so that a strong vortex field is formed in the secondary combustion chamber, and the combustible components in the flue gas are fully burnt.
