This machine has the characteristics of energy saving, high efficiency and low pollution in the production of phosphogypsum grinding.
According to the phosphogypsum material particle size and grindability data, it focuses on the grinding characteristics and weakens the crushing performance. In the process of phosphogypsum grinding, a proper proportion of lime and other catalysts can be added to realize the modification of phosphogypsum.
Working Principle:
The phosphogypsum ball mill adopts a horizontal cylindrical rotating device with outer gear transmission. The material enters the mill uniformly through the feeding device through the feeding hollow shaft spirally. The inner wall of the cylinder is equipped with a liner, and steel balls of different specifications are installed inside. Crushing and grinding effect. The material moves from the grinding head to the tail of the mill in the mill, and is gradually further ground until the mill is discharged through the discharge grate to complete the grinding operation.
