Ring hammer crusher has the characteristics of simple structure, large crushing ratio and high production efficiency. It is widely used in various medium-hard and weakly abrasive material crushing operations. The compressive strength of the material does not exceed 100MPa and the moisture content is less than 15%. The crushed materials are coal, salt, chalk, gypsum, alum, bricks and tiles, limestone, etc. Since the hammer crusher can produce a certain mixing and self-cleaning effect, it can crush feed, bones and prepare fish meal, etc. It can also be used to crush fiber structures, broken wood, paper and asbestos cement waste and other materials with certain toughness.

PCH hammer crusher uses high-speed rotating hammer ring to impact and crush the material entering the crushing chamber. The material is first crushed by the initial impact, and then obtains kinetic energy from the hammer ring, rushes quickly to the crushing plate, and undergoes secondary crushing. After that, the material falls on the screen plate and is further refined by the shearing, extrusion, grinding action of the hammer ring and the collision between the materials. Finally, the material that meets the requirements is discharged through the screen hole, while the large pieces of debris that are not easy to crush are pushed into the metal collector and cleaned regularly. The adjustment of the discharge particle size is achieved by replacing screen plates of different specifications, and the spacing between the rotor and the screen plate can be adjusted by the adjustment mechanism as needed.
