The FU buried scraper conveyor achieves high-performance conveying of bulk materials through a scraper chain running in a closed shell. This conveyor is suitable for continuous conveying of bulk materials such as powder, small particles and small blocks in a horizontal (or tilt angle not exceeding 15°) state. Its main advantages include small size, strong structural rigidity, flexible process layout, convenient installation and maintenance, and support for multi-point feeding and unloading. In addition, due to its good sealing performance, the FU buried scraper conveyor can significantly improve the working environment and reduce environmental pollution when conveying flying, toxic, high-temperature, flammable and explosive materials.

In terms of working principle, the transmission device drives the sprocket to rotate, which in turn drives the conveyor chain equipped with scrapers to move. When the material is added from the feed port, it is subjected to the same-direction pulling force generated by the movement of the conveyor chain inside the machine slot, resulting in an increase in the internal friction and internal pressure between the materials. When these internal forces exceed the friction between the material and the wall of the machine slot, the material will move forward under the traction of the conveyor chain. The increased internal pressure ensures the stability of the material layer and forms a continuous overall flow. When the ratio of the height of the material layer to the width of the machine slot reaches a certain condition, the material will flow steadily at a speed close to the chain speed until it is discharged from the discharge port.

The FU-type buried scraper conveyor (chain conveyor) produced by Henan ZK Corp is divided into six models according to different conveyor slot widths, suitable for conveying materials with a particle size of 4mm to 25mm and a humidity of no more than 5%. By adjusting the chain speed, this series of conveyors can achieve a wide range of conveying capacity of 6 to 255 cubic meters per hour to meet diverse production needs.

The requirements of FU buried scraper conveyor for materials are as follows:1. Material loose density: p=0.2~2.5t/m³;

2. Material temperature: ordinary models are suitable for material temperatures below 120°C; hot material conveyors can handle materials at 100~450°C, and the instantaneous temperature can reach 800°C;

3. Moisture content: The moisture content is related to the particle size and viscosity of the material. Under normal circumstances, materials that can still be dispersed after being held in a ball are most suitable.
