The frame is assembled by the lower shell. First, locate the joint surface between the lower shells on site with positioning pins, and tighten all bolts, and then place them on the basis for correction according to their positions. At the same time, the anchor bolts are inserted into the anchor bolt holes of the frame. , Adjust and level under the chassis frame through the metal module. After completing this work, in order to prevent the casing from moving during pouring, the anchor bolts must be slightly tightened, and finally the foundation is re-poured. After the concrete has solidified, all the anchor bolts of the foundation must be tightened.

1. Before installing the crusher, the unloading chute under the crusher foundation should be installed.
2. If it is a concrete foundation, it is required to check the depth of the foundation hole, remove the debris in the hole, place anchor bolts in place, and set two wedge-shaped shims next to each foundation hole.
3. Pay attention to the assembly number of the manufacturer during installation.
4. Before installation, the dust and protective coatings on the mating or bonding surfaces of all parts should be removed, and the defects generated during transportation should be eliminated.
5. All mating surfaces of the parts must be coated with lubricating oil during installation, of which the fixed surface is coated with dry oil and the movable surface is coated with thin oil.
6. Before installing the spindle bearing, clean the bearing with clean cleaning oil.
7. When installing, pay attention to protect the friction surface, do not use dirty oil and cotton yarn to scrub the surface, and cover the place where it is easy to get dirty and scratched with a protective plate or clean canvas.
8. During installation, the assembly should be carried out in strict accordance with the technical requirements on the general drawing and the component drawing.
9. In order to prevent the precipitation of dust, rubber asbestos plates are used as sealing gaskets on each joint surface of the shell, with a thickness of 0.5-1.5mm
10. The levelness of the bearings on both sides of each shaft shall not be greater than 0.1mm/m.
