Multi-layer linear vibrating screen mainly consists of: screen box, screen plate, vibration motor and supporting device:
Box: Mainly made of Q235B steel plate welding, it can also be made of stainless steel plate welding according to application requirements.
Screen surface: The screen surface has two structural forms: stainless steel slit screen plate and metal wire braided mesh, which are fixed by vertical pressing and longitudinal tensioning respectively. The screen surface is easy and quick to replace and has a long service life.
Vibration motor: Two horizontal vibration motors are used to generate vibration sources, and the eccentric blocks at both ends of the motor are adjusted to adapt to different exciting force requirements.
Support device: The support device is composed of a support frame welded by channel steel and a support spring. By changing the height of the front and rear support legs, the inclination angle of the screen surface can be changed.
Working Principle:
There are two vibration motors installed at the bottom of the screen machine, which rotate synchronously and in opposite phases during operation. The eccentric block generates a rated excitation force when it rotates. Under its action, the box supported on four damping springs produces reciprocating linear vibration. When the vertical component N of the vibration acceleration of the tank body is greater than gravity and gravity acceleration g, the material in the tank is thrown up and jumps forward according to the parabolic trajectory. Every time the tank body vibrates, the material is thrown up once and meets the screen surface. During the encounter, materials smaller than the screen gap are allowed to pass through the screen surface, thereby achieving the purpose of classification.
Equipment Installation and Debugging
1. When installing the equipment, find out its basic level and then install the bracket. After adjusting the relative position and initially fixing it, install the damping spring in sequence. Then, lift the screen body to the top of the support and slowly lower it to the damping spring. superior.
2. There should be no fixed objects within 100mm of the linear screen box. If the inlet and outlet need to be sealed, the connection should be a soft connection, such as an industrial canvas connection. In order to prevent the falling material from damaging the screen, the vertical drop distance from the material inlet to the screen should not be greater than about 1000mm. In order to make full use of the effective screening area of the screen machine. The feeding device should make the materials evenly distributed over the entire width of the feeding opening of the screen machine. It should not be piled up in a small position in the middle of the feed opening.
3. When wiring the vibration motor, ensure that the two motor wires are connected in parallel and rotate in opposite directions.
"↺↻" or "↻↺". The power supply cable of the motor should have a certain margin and be grounded.
4. After installation, you should check the tightening of all bolts of the equipment, and check whether there is contact between the screen machine and surrounding objects, and leave sufficient margin to eliminate the possibility of knocking when vibration occurs when starting up.
5. The screening machine should undergo a two-hour trial run. There is a three-second resonance zone during startup and shutdown. At this time, the amplitude is relatively large, which should be a normal phenomenon. There should be no transverse vibration during operation, and linear vibration should be made in the direction of the exciting force. If the vibrating linear screen is installed on a steel structure frame or a floor with poor strength, it is easy to produce extremely destructive resonance. Resonance can easily tear the steel plate of the screen machine, so a good foundation should be laid to prevent resonance, otherwise the equipment must not be put into production.
6. Adjust the angles of the four sets of eccentric blocks of the two motors and change the size of their exciting force. When adjusting, remove the protective cover first, then loosen the bolts of the inner eccentric blocks, and rotate the eccentric blocks at both ends in the same direction to the desired excitation force. Then tighten the eccentric block bolts and install the protective cover. When two eccentric blocks are stacked together, the maximum excitation force is obtained. The smaller the angle is, the smaller the excitation force is. Remember that the included angles of the four sets of eccentric blocks must be consistent.
Use and care
1. Operators should be familiar with the performance, structural principles and maintenance checkpoints of each part of the equipment.
2. Equipment inspection should be carried out every shift to check whether the bolts in various parts are loose and whether the screen surface is loose or damaged. If the bolts are loose, tighten them in time. If the screen surface is damaged, replace it with a new surface in time.
3. The feeding amount should be as uniform and moderate as possible during operation. Except for special circumstances when the machine is shut down, it is strictly forbidden to shut down the machine with materials and continue to feed the screen machine after the machine is shut down.
