2. Structural composition:

The rotating drum is mainly composed of a frame, a roller, a driving device, a counting device, etc.

The frame is welded by section steel and mainly plays a supporting role. All components are installed on the frame.

The drum is the main component of the equipment. It is rolled from steel plates. It supports half shafts at both ends and is placed on the bracket with vertical seat bearings to form a freely rotating cylinder. There is a material opening on the cylinder that can be opened, locked and sealed. A lifting plate is welded inside the cylinder. When the material is put into the drum and rotates, the material will roll with it. Under the action of the lifting plate, it will be thrown down and broken by collision. After reaching the preset number, the drum stops rotating and the material is discharged from the material port, completing a set test cycle.

The driving device consists of speed motor, coupling, etc. It drives the drum to run at a constant speed that meets the requirements. The motor is an electromagnetic brake variable frequency motor. On the one hand, it can control the speed to reach the speed required by the standard. On the other hand, it can make the equipment stop quickly when it stops. The deceleration system is also equipped with a manual adjustment device to facilitate unloading.

Counting device: The technical device is connected to the supporting half shaft at one end of the drum. Its function is to feedback the speed and record the number of rotations. After reaching the required number of turns, the control device automatically stops.
