Working principle of pan granulator 

The powder fed into the inclined disc from the feed pipe is combined with the liquid droplets sprayed by the feed liquid sprayer to form small particle groups. The gravitational force and centrifugal force generated during the rotation of the tilting disc make the small particles continuously roll to the bottom of the disc to adhere to the powder, making the particles bigger. At the same time, under the action of the friction force at the bottom of the pan, the particles move upward with the disc. When reaching the scraper, the granulated powder passes through the gap between the scraper and the disc, and some particles follow the direction of the scraper. Roll to the edge of the plate, continue to roll the sticky powder, and after several cycles from small to large, it will overflow along the edge of the plate within the range of finished particles.
