Working principle of vertical preheater:

Dolomite is introduced into the preheating chamber of the vertical preheater body from the silo at the top of the vertical preheater through the discharge chute, and at the same time, under the action of the negative pressure generated by the induced draft fan at the kiln tail, the The high-temperature flue gas is introduced into the preheater, and when the high-temperature flue gas of about 1000°C passes through the dolomite material layer, it exchanges heat with it, preheating the dolomite to above 800°C, and then the four The hydraulic pushing device pushes out the preheated dolomite one by one, and the heat of the high-temperature flue gas passing through the material gap in the material layer is mostly absorbed by the material, and the temperature of the discharged flue gas is about 240°C, thus completing the entire heat exchange process; Each hydraulic push device uses a separate hydraulic cylinder to drive the heat-resistant steel push head to work. The interval between the four push heads and the push time of the push head itself can be adjusted through the PLC control system to accurately control the amount of feed. . Finally, through the feeding chute and transfer chute, it enters the tail of the rotary kiln for calcination. The equipment has the advantages of good preheating effect, less moving parts, reliable operation, etc. It is the best choice for calcining materials such as limestone and dolomite.
