1. Product Features

The biggest feature of the corrugated sidewall belt conveyor structure is that the corrugated sidewall conveyor belt replaces the ordinary conveyor belt. Therefore, it is an ideal equipment for large-inclination (even vertical) transportation, so it can also be called a large-inclination belt conveyor. Its working principle and structural composition are the same as those of the general belt conveyor. Therefore, the drive drum, reversing drum, supporting rod, tensioning bone, driving device, middle frame, middle leg, tailstock, discharge hopper, head guard, empty section cleaner, protection device and other components, all can be used in common with the corresponding parts of the general belt conveyor.

(1) The conveyor belt with corrugated sidewalls and transverse partitions is used, and its allowable conveying inclination angle is large, up to 90°. It is an ideal equipment for conveying and vertically lifting materials at large inclination angles, so it can save floor space. It saves equipment investment and civil construction costs, and has high comprehensive economic benefits.

(7) The delivery volume is large. Because the conveyor belt has corrugated sidewalls, its loading surface is enlarged, and at the same inclination angle, the conveying capacity can be larger than that of general-purpose belt conveyors.

 

2. Product application scope

(1) It is a continuous conveying equipment for bulk materials for general purposes.

(2) It can be widely used in industries such as coal, grain, building materials, construction, metallurgy, electricity, chemical industry and light industry.

(3) It can transport various bulk materials with a bulk density of 0.5-2.50t/㎥ within the ambient temperature range of -25-40°C.

(4) The maximum conveying inclination angle is 90°, and the maximum conveying material block degree is 550mm.

(5) When conveying materials with special requirements, corrugated sidewall conveyor belts of special materials should be used.

 

3. Working principle

The traction member and bearing member of the large-inclination belt conveyor are an endless rubber conveyor belt with corrugated ribs and diaphragms. The rubber belt is wound on the drive roller and the redirection roller at both ends of the frame to form a closed loop. . When the transmission device drives the transmission roller to rotate, the friction between the transmission roller and the rubber belt drives the rubber belt to run along the predetermined track; the conveyed material is added to the rubber belt by the guide groove, and the material is conveyed to the rubber belt as the rubber belt moves. The unloading device at the head is finally unloaded from the discharge port under the action of centrifugal force and gravity.
