Working Principle of Twelve Pusher Vertical Preheater:

Limestone is introduced into the preheating chamber of the vertical preheater body from the upper silo of the vertical preheater through the discharge chute, and at the same time, under the action of the negative pressure generated by the induced draft fan at the kiln tail, the The generated high-temperature flue gas is led to the inside of the preheater. When the high-temperature flue gas at about 1000°C passes through the limestone layer, it exchanges heat with it, preheating the limestone to above 800°C, and then the hydraulic pressure arranged around the preheater The pushing device pushes out the preheated limestone in turn, and the heat of the high-temperature flue gas passing through the material gap in the material layer is mostly absorbed by the material, and the temperature of the discharged flue gas is about 240°C, thus completing the entire heat exchange process; each The hydraulic pushing device uses a separate hydraulic cylinder to drive the heat-resistant steel pushing head to work.
