Project introduction: This project is a production line project of expanded light aggregate with an annual output of 60,000 cubic meters.
This project mainly uses glass powder, ceramic powder, limestone powder, etc. to make ceramsite through crushing, mixing and proportioning, granulation, calcination and other processes, and ceramsite is used as wallboard.
The Malaysian annual output of 60,000 cubic meters of expanded light aggregate production line project is undertaken by Henan Zhengzhou Mining Machinery Co., Ltd as the project contractor, responsible for the project's design, process design, equipment design, equipment manufacturing, equipment guidance, installation and commissioning, stand-alone commissioning, and trial production. Guidance and other work; and provide technical services and support to the on-site production and maintenance personnel of the project. From overall project planning to detailed art formula, process design, equipment design and manufacturing, engineering installation, commissioning, etc., it provides complete services of the whole industry chain, with complete system solutions.
This project is mainly divided into grinding system, granulation system, calcining section and finished product discharging section.
Main equipment: dryer, mixer, box feeder, belt feeder, feeding pipe, main measuring bin, dust collector, fan, bucket elevator, screw conveyor, belt conveyor, silo, etc. .
The equipment used in this project is a new type of environmentally friendly and energy-saving equipment developed by Henan Zhengzhou Mining Machinery Co., Ltd. actively researching and improving the process, and successfully integrating the metallurgical, chemical, and building materials processes.
In the finished product conveying system, the TH bucket elevator is mainly used for the lifting and conveying of finished ceramsite, and the storage of bulk materials.
TH bucket elevator equipment features:
1. The inflow feeding, mixing or centrifugal discharging is adopted, and the hopper is arranged in a large-capacity and intensive manner. There is basically no material returning and spraying when the material is lifted, so the wasteful power loss is small, and the required driving power is relatively small; The equipment has strong lifting ability, reliable operation, reasonable structure, easy maintenance, strong interchangeability and versatility of main components, easy to realize automation and centralized control, and has won unanimous praise from customers;
