Installation and attention matters:
1 Check the quality of cylinder, gear, hollow shaft, reducer and other major parts, if there is damage and deformation, it should be processed in advance.
2 Clean up parts of the installation, the parts with the direction of, such as ladder liner, spiral tube and lifting plate must be installed according to the technical requirements.
3 Check the relative elevation after two main bearing chassis being installed, its error should be less than 1.5 mm and the feed end is not allowed to be lower than the discharge end. After two after the main bearing being installed, their longitudinal center line must be coincident, its non coincidence degree allowed difference 0.8 mm, their horizontal central line must be parallel, its non parallel degree tolerance 0.9 mm.
4 The contact area of the big and small two gear meshing is not less than 60% along the tooth width, and the tooth width is not less than 80%.
5 When installing the liner, the gap between the lining board and the lining board is 5-10 mm. Carefully arrange seal packing, gasket and a lock washer to prevent leakage of powder and lining board.
6 After the gear cover is assembled, there must be no oil leakage and gear collision.
After the machine is installed, it must be empty and full load tested, after passing the official use, the factory should develop the operation, maintenance, overhaul system, to ensure the normal operation of the mill.
Maintenance of mill:
1 Check whether there is noise and vibration when the speed reducer is running.
2 Check that if the anchor bolts, lining plate bolts, grinding door bolts are loose, they should be tightened in time.
3 Check the wear and tear of the sealing washer and replace in time.
4 Note and record the change of motor current, if the current abnormal changes, we should stop the mill and inspect it.
