What is quality? What is quality management?
Quality: degree to which a set of inherent characteristics fulfils requirements. Quality management: organization's activities refers to the quality control and command, which Include the formulation of quality policy, quality objectives, quality planning, quality control, quality assurance and quality improvement. Quality refers to that quality of the company's products are showed the quality of the product level through the analysis of technical indicators from the narrow sense, from the broad sense quality not only includes the analysis and inspection work but also the quality of the early design, planning, implementation, control and improvement of the company's quality planning. Quality management is the sum total of all management activities, which contains planning, organizing, directing, controlling and coordinating, and it is an important part of enterprise management. The purpose of quality management is to ensure that products or services meet the objectives of internal and external customer expectations, to achieve the company's most economic cost, process of product development, manufacturing and service is reasonable and correct.
As a quality management personnel, first of all is to understand the company's quality policy and objectives, define quality objectives of QC department. Secondly, in order to achieve the goal, expand the work of the work has been identified aimed at the status of the company and the quality inspection department. Quality management personnel should be responsible for the quality of it. What kind of responsibility should it do?
1 Personnel training
Training purpose
To make the quality inspection personnel clearly master the work requirements, product requirements, and continuously, to improve the quality of staff and work quality.
The training contents
(1) Responsibilities of quality inspection and inspection process.
(2) Product inspection standards, methods and the operation of the relevant working instructions.
(3) Test equipment and instrument specification operation.
(4)The formation of defective products and how to find and track processing in a timely manner.
(5) Relevant quality documents, such as "substandard goods procedures", "sampling plan" and so on.
Training methods:
(1) PPT
(2) material object and model.
(3) the site operation demonstration.
(4) Improve the training of front-line staff, front-line staff on the accuracy of product judgments, achieve full quality control level.
2 Quality inspection
(1) Review incoming inspection sheet after receiving it, prepare the relevant acceptance criteria, sample, and order a single correspondence.
(2) If the material is not qualified then make an identification of unqualified timely. Fill in the form related to substandard raw materials, and make the judgement that quality does not comply. Quality control department review, evaluate and deal with comments. Sent the quality message to the relevant sales department, production department, purchasing department and suppliers.
(3)To carry on the statistics of the qualified rate of incoming materials, and promote the improvement of the supplier's quality. Verify the effectiveness of the supplier's corrective action to the product through the re inspection.
