ZK CXRM superfine vertical mill is suitable for non-metallic minerals industry development domestically. Its design is based on the ZKRM vertical mill with the reference of advanced technology at home and aboard.

The particle materials, which have been crushed, are brought from central hopper to mill center by quantitative spiral conveyor with feeding control. With the help of the centrifugal force, the materials was conveyed to grinding table and grinded by hydraulic mill rollers. The fine powder is elevated by air guide ring. During elevating progress, the coarse powder will fall in the grinding and be grinded again because the coarse powder have lost its acceleration. The fine powders are sent into the classifier area. The classifier with multiple rotors makes the classification of powders. The centrifugal force, hydraulic resistance and gravity are applied on the powders in the classifier area. The fine powders will be collected with the air stream; the larger powder will be sent to mill and grinded again.

Installation and commissioning of CXRM series superfine vertical mill
1. Check the main components before installation, such as mill rollers, grinding table, transmission beam, reducer etc. If they exist damage or deformation, repair it first.
2. The contact area of grinding table and lining plate should be more than 75%.
3. The deviation between reducer center and main vertical shaft of classifier shell is .01mm/m.
4. The axle central line of mill roller crossed the reducer center line with the deviation of ±5mm, and all the central lines of all rollers coincide with reducer central line with the deviation of ±5mm.
5. The coaxiality tolerance between output axle of main motor and the input axle of reduce should not be more than φ0.1mm.
6. Make a static balance inspection for transmission part of the classifier. The balance quality should be meet the G16 requirements according to GB/T 9239.
7. The deviation of levelness for main motor base is 0.1mm/m.
8. The deviation of transversal and axial center line base frame central line on the reducer base should not be more than±5mm.
 The commissioning of CXRM series superfine vertical mill is regarded as the commissioning for the whole system, which includes feeding, burdening, dust collected and discharging part.

The commissioning should meet the following requirements. The commissioning is accomplished by profession engineers as the whole mill is assembled. The connection of measure instruments are well done. All the lubrication has been done. Check the electrical circuits and make sure the power supply. Preheat the mill before the first start. The temperature of discharge port is about 100℃, the last time of this temperature is about 1-1.5h.

During the heating of the mill, as the temperature of discharge air is 110-120℃, start the auxiliary transmission system and adjust the air volume at the discharge port. When the auxiliary transmission system runs for three minutes, start the main transmission.

The commissioning engineer should determine the feeding time after the mill operation. The feeding should be started with the start of the main transmission in case of grinding without stock. The staff of commissioning should observe the whole device and pay attention to power consumption of main transmission, vibrating sensor and exhaust air rate, which is the base of the normal and continuous operation. It also includes to increase hot air volume for hot energy requirements of the mill.
