One. Abrasive Wear

It may be caused by the unclean oily containing impurity particles, therefore it’s required to ensure the reducer tightness of joints when the machine is running, change the oil regularly and keep clean of oil, gear box oil.

Two. Tooth surface fatigue
In the course of the engagement of the ball mill gear, the limit of the endurance of the material is more than that of the material. Due to the existence of sliding and rotating friction, the gear surface appear the fatigue crack.In order to avoid the occurrence of this kind of situation, we should adopt the qualified spare parts, and the regular inspection, found that the tooth surface fatigue immediately replacement.

Three. Bearing fault
The reason why the ball mill transmission system occur the failure is low running speed, high load and very thin dynamic pressure lubrication oil film, in a mixed friction state. It causes the high temperature abrasion of the friction contact bearing, busbar scarpe and shorten the bearing life, will appear burning tile if serious. The heating of ball mill bearing is caused by the failure of the lubrication system. Lubricating oil pump off oil cut-off, not matched lubricating oil brands or impurities in the oil will damage the formation of oil slick. The cooling water interruption cause the cooling failure, etc, which will make the bearing temperature too high.
