1、Raw materials preparation

1.1 limestone mine

Limestone crushing adopts single stage crushing, using belt put limestone into the receiving hopper and then feed into a TKLPC20D22 double rotor single segment hammer crusher through a EBP2200-10 heavy plate type feeder. When the feed particle size is less than or equal to 1000mm, discharge particle size is less than or equal to 25mm, the crushing capacity is 1200t/h. Since the raw mill system intends to adopt vertical mill production process, the grinding particle size is required to be less than or equal80mm ( or less than or equal to 85%), and the discharge granularity can be relaxed to less than or equal to 75mm. Then the crushing capacity can be increased to 1500t/h, the feeding capacity of heavy plate feeder is more than or equal to 1600t/h. The crushed limestone is sent to the limestone preblending bed by the belt conveyor.

1.2 limestone preblending bed

For homogenization and storage of limestone, a limestone preblending bed ofφ90mneed to be set up with the total reserves of 52000t, effective reserves of 47000t, validity period of 7.4 days. The stacking use a cantilever stacker, normally with a stacking capacity of 600t/h and maximum 800t. Sampling using a bridge type scraper fetcher, normally with reclaiming capacity of 450t / h, maximum 350 t / h. After homogenization, the limestone are sent to raw material proportioning station of lime stone base by belt conveyor.

1.3 Sandstone crushing and transportation

Forklift shovel the sandstone in the storage yard to the receiving hopper in front of the crusher. after screening, the small patches are directly put into the auxiliary material preblending bed by belt conveyor, while the bulk are sent to the auxiliary material preblending bed for storage by belt conveyor after crushed by the large impact hard materials crusher. When the feeding particle size is less than or equal to 600mm, the discharge particle size is less than 25mm, the crusher capacity is 90t/h.

1.4 Auxiliary raw materials preblending bed and transportation

The storage yard is a 30 x 180m longilineal preblending bed. The clay, sandstone and sulfuric acid residue process the stockpile by cantilever type stocker, and then discharged by the lateral type reclaimer. the clay, sandstone and sulfuric acid slag are transferred to the raw material distribution station by the belt conveyor. Stacking capacity of the stacker reclaimer is 250t/h, and the discharge capacity is 150t/h.
