Working Principle & Application of Rotary Dryer
When the temperature of the dryer bottom is from 400℃-800℃, the material is feeding from the feeding port of the elevator. Under the effect of gravity, they are uniformly distributed and flowing in the drying machine internal by scattered, crushing, dispersing device (to ensure the heat exchange effect inside the dryer). Hot gas is generated from the lower hot air furnace. moving from the lower to the upper, it contacts with the materials and then transfer the heat to the materials through heat conduction, convection, radiation and other ways, which makes the material temperature continues to rise, and the water is continuously evaporated. Ultimately, the material meet the water content requirements will discharge from the lower outlet, and the gas with water vapor will be pumped by the wind turbine.
