A West Asian customer commissioned ZK to design and supply its zircon sand grinding production line. The 75μm zircon sand raw material is unloaded into the raw material bin through a ton bag, and the screw conveyor conveys the zircon sand raw material into the ceramic ball mill. The ball mill grinds the 75μm zircon sand into 45μm. The ground material is lifted to the powder selector by a bucket elevator. The powder selector selects the fine powder <45μm into the fine powder buffer bin, and the coarse powder >45μm is returned to the feed port of the ceramic ball mill through a screw conveyor. The pneumatic screw conveying pump is located below the star-shaped discharger, and conveys the fine powder to the outlet of the pneumatic screw conveying pump. The Roots blower blows high-speed air into the outlet of the pneumatic screw conveying pump, and the fine powder enters the finished product warehouse under the blowing action of the high-speed air. Dust removal points are set on the top of the raw material warehouse and the outlet of the ceramic ball mill. The dust-removed gas is discharged out of the factory by the induced draft fan after dust removal. The materials in the finished product warehouse will generate dust during the transportation process. In order to reduce dust and ensure the pressure balance in the warehouse, a silo top dust collector is set. The silo top dust collector has its own fan to discharge the filtered gas out of the factory. In order to ensure that the equipment of the grinding system does not contaminate the zircon sand and control the iron content in the zircon sand, the equipment in the main system that contacts the material is treated with stainless steel or ceramic patches.
