Our company has customized two spodumene clinker acid mixing machines for customers in the lithium carbonate industry in Ganzhou. The equipment model is ZJ300x4 meters, with a processing capacity of 20-30 tons/hour.

2. Equipment introduction

The double-shaft acid mixer is a device that uses the synchronous rotation of a pair of spiral shafts with stirring blades to transport spodumene clinker while adding acid and stirring it. It can be used in the lithium carbonate industry to mix lithium clinker with acid, lepidolite raw material with acid or sulfate, etc.

3.1 The design is based on customer needs:

At the beginning of the equipment structure design, it was in line with customer needs. Because it was a new addition to the existing production line, the installation space was limited. Within the limited space, we communicated with customer technicians many times to adjust the dual-axis structure to meet the requirements for normal operation of the equipment. Under the circumstances, a more reasonable design structure and size are designed. The serious and responsible attitude of our technical staff has been recognized and praised by customers.

3.2 Consider the corrosiveness of the material:

Since the customer needs to add concentrated sulfuric acid when mixing materials, the shaft and blades of the acid mixing machine are sprayed with supersonic ceramics, which are wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant, and can greatly extend the service life of the equipment.

3.3 Consider environmental issues in the working environment:

The acid mixer uses a removable cover so that the mixing and conveying processes can be carried out in a closed space without dust leakage, making it clean and environmentally friendly.
